The CEO is the head of the Executive Management Team which comprises senior members of the management apparatus. The executive management operates with in the frame work of  policy and planning strategies set by the Top management with periodic performance  reporting for guidance. It  is also responsible for preparation of segment plans for every profit centre with budgetary  targets for every items of goods and services and re held accountable for deficiencies, with appreciation for outstanding and exceptional performances.
